Multistory slums of Caracas
This unusual skyscraper called Centro Financiero Confinanzas located in Caracas, capital of Venezuela, and it consists of 45 floors, which, unfortunately, have not been completed. The walls of the tower were built in 1990, and when the construction work in 1993 was in full swing, killed the owner of a corporation that financed its construction. Over 15 years of construction is not an inch off the ground, but in October 2007, it decided to settle the unfinished building fearless squatters from their families, who have no roof over their heads because of the financial situation in the country. They began to settle in an abandoned building, and it was gradually transformed, acquiring the "residential" look.
