China is ready to celebrate the New Year
Huge, taller than 26 meters, the tower was built to become the center of Harbin Ice and Snow Festival, which will be fully open in 2014,
10,000 employees worked non-stop to finish a wonderful figure of ice and snow.
More than 180 thousand square meters of ice were used which is extracted from the Songhua River and dragged to the festival site.
